Shipping policy

Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at hello@kinshel.com and we can do our best to accommodate your request.  

Please be aware of potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.
